Nejang: Tibetan Healing Yoga

Nejang (Tibetan གནས་སྦྱངས་) is a gentle healing yoga practice consisting of twenty four simple physical exercises which use breath work and self-massage to open the channels, balance the internal energies, relax the mind, and nourish the inner organs. With roots in the Kalachakra tradition, such exercises have been prescribed by Tibetan physicians for centuries to improve health and vitality and to support spiritual practice.

Nejang Yoga is suitable for all, regardless of physical condition and spiritual backgrounds and can support both meditation practice and self-care regime.

- Short live online or video courses are offered regularly
- 21-week eacher training course is offered annually for those those who have studied Sowa Rigpa and would like to share this practice with others.

Yuthok Nyingthig Tummo Yoga

Tummo Yoga, commonly called "Inner Fire" Yoga is the first of the Six Yogas of the Dzogrim Completion Stage practices of Vajrayana Buddhism. Its purpose is to gain complete control over all body functions resulting in health, bliss, and direct perception of one's true nature. Through the practice of meditation, visualization, breathwork and physical exercises, one purifies the ordinary body’s channels and energies, thereby transforming it into the deity’s body.

Weekly live online courses offered bi-annually.

Pre-requisite to practice Tummo yoga is Yuthok's ngöndro preliminary practices and Guru Yoga practice which is the foundation for all advanced level Vajrayana practices.
